How included time works
Minutes are shared between minor website changes and remote IT help for agreed systems. Unused time does not roll over. Extra work requires approval at NOK 1,390/hour, with a one-hour minimum. Further work is agreed after assessment. Supported email users means user support, not included software licences.

Before you order, we also agree on domain, data, user access and any transfer arrangements on cancellation. Your everyday user accounts are addressed separately from our administrator access.

VIP Seven-Day Support
From NOK 3,990/month
For Gold customers, following agreed activation. Mon–Sun 09:00–18:00. Dedicated route for critical incidents affecting the agreed website, email and cloud accounts. Two-hour acknowledgement target for those incidents.
The fee covers availability and priority. Work outside standard support hours costs NOK 1,890/hour, minimum one hour, with approval. Weekday work uses the core allowance first. Routine changes follow normal support hours.
VIP Security & Recovery
From NOK 1,190/month · setup from 2,490
Up to 2 users. Checks of agreed cloud backup jobs, quarterly access and recovery review, quarterly sample restore test and a documented recovery procedure.
Up to 30 minutes of restoration help monthly. Covers specified business email or cloud files beyond website backups. Licences and storage are additional. Larger data volumes require a quote.
VIP Workflow Automation

Local visibility is offered through VIP Search Visibility above. Social profile setup, ongoing SEO, content strategy, AEO and larger campaigns are quoted by scope. Overlapping work is not billed twice when services are combined.

Can we get IT help without a subscription?
Yes. Remote IT support costs NOK 1,390/hour, with a one-hour minimum. Further work is agreed after assessment. We assess the need first.
Do you offer repairs or on-site visits?
We work remotely on websites, accounts, cloud services and support. We do not offer hardware repairs or on-site visits.
Who owns the website and accounts?
We create the agreed accounts using your business details. With a subscription, we retain administrator access and manage the website while the agreement is active. If you want to own and manage the website independently, choose a higher, separately quoted one-off purchase with a specified handover. Domain registration, your own data, everyday user access, third-party licences and cancellation arrangements are agreed separately before starting.
Does 48 hours mean a finished website?
It refers to a first draft from the agreed start with a complete brief and necessary materials. Final launch depends on scope, feedback and approval.
How do we agree on the subscription?
You receive a written agreement covering scope, start date, billing, cancellation, access and handover before service begins. We review existing websites before taking over care. For a website you already own, the agreed care does not change that ownership.
What happens if I cancel?
Before you order, the proposal will specify notice, the service end date, access to your own data and agreed transfer arrangements. A managed website provides use during the agreement. Website file handover requires a separate purchase agreement. Care for a website you already own does not change that ownership.
Can I use my own business email?
Everyday user access, so you can send and receive email, is separate from our technical administrator access. We record which accounts and systems we manage and which access you receive.
Do I need finished copy and images?
We agree the copy allowance before starting. You provide accurate information about services, service areas and contact needs, plus images you have the right to use. We help with structure, copy and preparation within the agreed scope.
Can you guarantee new customers or Google rankings?
We build clear pages and contact routes and carry out the agreed search work. Enquiries and rankings also depend on demand, competition, traffic and your offer. Results need to be measured after launch.
